Now in its 68th year, the Engineering Open House is the WSU College of Engineering's
annual celebration of the accomplishments
of our students and faculty.
As part of graduation requirements, College of Engineering students take a capstone
design course during their senior year under the supervision of a faculty advisor.
As the culmination of an engineering or computing education, Senior Design students
put into practice all their design engineering skills to develop a prototype solution
to address an identified need. Many projects presented at the Open House are interactive,
and nearly all have real-world applications and are applicable to local industries
and companies.
