This motivating, innovative, and enjoyable platform is developed from behavioral movements that achieve results while avoiding risk of injury. Experience unique and systemized functional group training programs that work with digital screens and a team environment. 

Join up to 18 members and two instructors in our F45 studio where movement becomes fun. Water and lockers are available outside the studio. Please arrive a minimum of five minutes prior to the start of class. Please note, that for safety purposes, our F45 studio doors will close after the warmup ends. Arrival after this time will result in an inability to join the class. 

Shocker Fit is dedicated to providing safe, fun and effective free group fitness classes to Wichita State University students and Campus Recreation members. All of our instructors are trained and passionate about providing a variety of classes to challenge ALL fitness levels.
