The Wichita State University High School Honor Band brings together outstanding high school musicians from across the region for a weekend of musical growth, collaboration and performance.

Hosted by the Wichita State University School of Music, the festival provides students with the opportunity to work with distinguished conductors, faculty and guest artists through rehearsals, masterclasses and educational sessions. Participants join fellow student musicians in a culminating concert that celebrates musical excellence and achievement.

The High School Honor Band Festival offers a unique opportunity for young musicians to develop their skills, experience collegiate-level music-making and connect with peers who share a passion for music.
