The Wichita State University Kodály Summer Workshop provides music educators with an immersive professional development experience rooted in the philosophy and teaching practices of Zoltán Kodály.
Designed for teachers at all stages of their Kodály journey, the workshop combines musicianship, pedagogy, conducting and choral experiences in a collaborative learning environment. Participants engage with expert faculty, explore high-quality musical materials and develop practical teaching strategies that can be applied immediately in the classroom.
Endorsed by the Organization of American Kodály Educators, the Wichita State University Kodály Program is dedicated to fostering musical literacy, artistry and joyful music-making. The workshop welcomes educators seeking professional growth, certification opportunities and renewed inspiration for teaching music.
