The Math Lab: Shocker Success Center,
Second Floor West
The Math Lab is a free tutoring service for WSU students, available in-person. The Lab is staffed by graduate students and exceptional undergraduate students studying mathematics and/or mathematics related disciplines. In addition, numerous mathematics faculty members volunteer time in the Lab. Courses formally tutored include:
- Math 111 College Algebra
- Math 112 Precalculus Math
- Math 123 College Trigonometry
- Math 131 Contemporary Mathematics
- Math 144 Business Calculus
- Math 242 Calculus I
- Stat 171 Introduction to Statistics
- Stat 370 Elementary Statistics
Math Lab Hours
Current Fall hours for the Math Lab (Shocker Success Center, Second Floor West):
Monday: Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
No appointment is necessary. Students are encouraged to stop in at their convenience.
