Academic Room Assignments

Official classroom assignments are made by the Office of the Registrar. All related inquiries for main campus, including requests for room changes, should be sent to schedulebuilding@wichita.edu. For other locations, inquiries should be sent to the following contacts:

Old Town:  Michael Yeung

WSU South:  Justin Rorabaugh

WSU West:  Augustine Iacopelli

Event Reservations

Classrooms are also available for use for approved events. To reserve a room for an event on campus contact University Event and Meeting Services. In the event of a conflict, academic class scheduling takes precedence over event reservations in classrooms.
