Report It allows you to report information regarding incidents, complaints, or concerning behavior happening at Wichita State University. If you see something that gives you cause for concern, please submit any information you have through the appropriate forms below.

Reporting Options

Care Team

Our Care Team accepts referrals and incident reports from any person who is concerned about the health or safety of a WSU student, employee, or the campus community.

Title IX / Discrimination

Wichita State is committed to providing an educational and working environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex and all forms of protected characteristic discrimination. The Office of Civil Rights, Title IX & ADA Compliance gives you the opportunity to report any instances of this discrimination.

Conduct Incident Response

This form should be used to report behavior that is disruptive to the campus community, infringes on any person's ability to successfully pursue their academic progress, violates the Student Code of Conduct, or puts others or themselves in danger.

Academic Integrity

This form should be used by any individual wishing to report a violation of Policy 2.17 / Student Academic Integrity in the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual.

Bias Incident Reporting

Wichita State University strives to create a community where all individuals can participate all activities in a space free from bias.

Student Advocate Reporting

The Student Advocate is an executive, non-partisan member of the Student Government Association who works toward resolutions based on principles of fairness and equity, without favoritism toward any group or individual.

Clery Report

This form should be utilized by individuals who have been designed by Wichita State University as a Campus Security Authority (CAS) under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).

 

Student Complaint Process Guide

Students have the option to submit non-academic and academic complaints to the university. A guide has been compiled with steps for the appropriate complaint types. All policies referenced can be found in the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual at wichita.edu/policies.
