During the past 50 years, Shocker Rowing has been making waves in Kansas and across
the nation. Each year the team builds on the tradition of the past while striving
for new heights.
Our program offers great opportunities to new students at Wichita State University
on recreational, developmental, and championship levels. Whether you are an experienced
high school rower or a new-to-the-sport walk-on, there is a chance for you to be part
of our successful program.
As a competitive Shocker Rower you will be challenged and put in a position to compete
not only for state and regional championships but also at the American Collegiate
Rowing Association National Championship Regatta.
