WSU West Campus Amenities & Services
Parking
Parking at WSU West is open and convenient, with the exception of the row closest
to the west wall of the building. Many students from the east side of Wichita have
shared that the drive is well worth it for the ease of parking available at this location.
Class Locations
Classroom locations are displayed on a video monitor in the main lobby. Additionally,
our building is staffed during all open hours, and team members are happy to assist
you with directions or questions.
Shocker Quiet Study Lounge
A dedicated quiet study space equipped with computers is available to all students
during building hours. This is an ideal spot for focused study and academic work.
Student/Faculty Lounge
Located in Room 106 (west hallway), this lounge offers a microwave and refrigerator
for student and faculty use.
Group Study Room
Room 103 is a versatile space that accommodates up to five people. It features:
- A whiteboard table and comfortable seating
- Two microphones, a mixing board, and a PC with webcam
- Audacity software and compatibility with Zoom, Teams, and other Microsoft applications
Same-day reservations can be made using the room reservation panel located outside the door.
Additional Rooms Available for Reservation
Rooms 125 and 126 are small office-style spaces with three desks each. These rooms
are also available for same-day reservations via the reservation panels outside each
door.

Tuition & Fee Payments
Students may pay tuition and fees by check or cash at WSU West during regular business
hours and when classes are in session.
Career Services
Career counseling appointments are available at WSU West. To schedule, call 316-978-3688 and request an appointment at the West Campus.
Math Tutoring
If you’re unable to visit the Main Campus for tutoring, you can request to schedule
math tutoring sessions at WSU West.
Make-Up Exams
WSU West staff are available to coordinate with faculty to administer make-up exams
on-site. Students should speak with their professors to determine if this option is
available.
Printing & Copying
Black-and-white printing is available for 10¢ per page, and color printing for 50¢ per page using PaperCut. Computers in the Shocker Quiet Study Lounge are available for printing.

Free Student Basketball Ticket Pickup
During men's basketball season, current students who have been billed for student
fees may pick up one free ticket per valid Shocker ID at WSU West.
