Transit Information

Wichita Transit Connection
Beginning January 11, 2023, Wichita Transit offers a convenient connection between WSU’s Main Campus and WSU West.

Metroplex Route (Route 202A)

• Operates daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with pickups every 15 minutes and a one-minute stop at each location.
• After 9:00 p.m., the bus makes a final trip to WSU West for last pickup and returns to the Main Campus.

Game Day Service Adjustments
On game days, Route 202A adjusts to accommodate fans traveling to Koch Arena:

• Pickups occur at the Metroplex and Braeburn Square.
• Drop-off is at the Koch Arena entrance on Alumni Drive.
• End-of-day service from WSU West to Main Campus is provided by Route 21A.

WSU West Access via Route 21 and Route 12
Students can reach WSU West by:

1. Boarding Route 21 Inbound to the Wichita Transit Center.
2. Transferring to Route 12, which travels to North Maize Road.
   • Total travel time: approximately 50 minutes.
   • Route 12 service ends at 7:00 p.m.
   • After 7:00 p.m., Route 202A provides a final pickup at 9:45 p.m., offering a direct return to Main Campus.
