Students in “First-Year Seminar: Food and Culture in the Hispanic World

Oct. 3, 2019 -- Beginning in fall 2021, first-year freshmen will be required to take one first-year seminar course for introduction to life at Wichita State. The courses will not be required for returning or transfer students, but are encouraged for those new to WSU.

Sept. 17, 2019 – Wichita State University and Kansas State University have combined resources and started the planning phase of a program that will give students the opportunity to earn both a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Health and Human Sciences at KSU, and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) from the College of Health Professions (CHP) at WSU.
