According to the 2022 Economic Impact Study, WSU and WSU Tech’s total economic impact in Kansas in 2021 was $1.3 billion.

April 25, 2023 - John Kirk returned to college at Wichita State University to study vocal music and dive into activities. Feb. 23, 2023 — Seven high school students from Kansas and Oklahoma have been awarded $30,000 to $45,000 each as the newest recipients of the Koch Scholarship at Wichita State University.

Jan. 13, 2023 — Wichita State University’s efforts to improve vaccine equity are reaching throughout Kansas with the Increase the Reach grant program.
