April 26, 2019 -- The May Day Pop-Up Picnic will take place from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, north of the Rhatigan Student Center on the WSU campus.
April 18, 2019 -- Wichita State students, according to YMCA president and CEO Ronn McMahon, accounted for around 28,500 visits during January and another 7,500 from students with family memberships. Wichita State students average around 25,000 visits a month.

Oct. 18, 2018 -- Dennis Livesay, dean of the Graduate School, associate vice president for Research and Technology Transfer, and professor of chemistry at Wichita State University, has been named the new dean of WSU's College of Engineering, effective Jan. 1.
