The Exam Request form must accompany the exams you bring to the Social Science Research Lab to be graded. If you do not want to download and print this form, one will be provided for you to fill out in the lab.
Starting in the Fall 2024 semester, the Social Science Research Lab started using a new Exam Request form. This new form goes along with our updated exam grading software and contains different information. If you use an older exam request form, please delete that one and download the new form below.
