Overview
Salini Ewin is a PMP-certified project manager with over five years of experience leading complex projects and driving operational excellence across financial services and technology consulting. Before joining PPMC, she worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services and consulting firm, where she managed transition and delivery initiatives for a major European financial institution. She played a key role in scaling operations from pilot phase to full-scale delivery while strengthening project governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and process efficiency.
Salini holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a specialization in Banking and Insurance from Mumbai, India. She brings a collaborative approach to program management and is passionate about leveraging her expertise in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement to advance PPMC's mission and support meaningful community impact.
