The TRIO Upward Bound Math Science (UBMS) works to elevate students who have an interest in and talent for science, technology, engineering and math through intensive instruction, hands-on experiences and opportunities to learn from professional mathematicians and scientists in a variety of fields.

The UBMS Program offers an academic-year component and a summer residential component. Students are required to participate in both components from freshman through senior year.
