Salary (exempt) benefited employees are required to report their leave online. Leave Time Reporting can be accessed in myWSU > Employee Dashboard.

The Timekeeping Reference Guide is a webpage maintained by the Payroll Department that contains terminology and definitions used in accordance with University policies, and Federal and State laws and statutes in relation to Time Entry at Wichita State University.
Time Entry and Approval Training is offered every other Wednesday. It is posted in myTraining and can be accessed through the link located in myWSU. If interested, please register for the session that best fits your schedule.
