WSU Campus Post Office Schedule a Mailing

Complete the online form below. You should schedule your mailings a minimum of 3 business days prior to us receiving your material. We will reply back that your mailing has been scheduled.
To check accuracy of your mailing lists, send list to postal.services@wichita.edu, at least 2 business days prior to us receiving your material. Material for mailings may only be delivered Monday through Thursday. No Friday deliveries will be accepted. If you have any questions, please call 978-5875.

Please Note: Wichita State University will have its annual Winter Break beginning Tuesday, December 19 , 2023. The final day for Bulk Mail processing at the Campus Post Office will be December 15, 2023. All materials and mailing lists must be submitted with sufficient time for us to complete processing before Monday December 18, 2023. Normal operations will resume January 2 , 2024.
