Policy Intent: This policy provides clear oversight of procedures pertaining to the University's administration of the Shared Leave program in accordance with Kansas Administrative Regulation 1-9-23 (Shared Leave) and associated federal law (FMLA, ADA, etc.). It will ensure the University is providing compliant, fair and consistent administration of Shared Leave for all employees.

9.26 / Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Training

Effective: May 21, 2018

To meet legal requirement that recipients of federal funding be trained in responsible and ethical conduct. Recommended by multiple offices that participated in its development: Office of Research Compliance, Graduate School, Research Office and General Counsel's Office.
