2021 Gore Scholarship winners

Jan. 28, 2021 — Wichita State University has selected the 2021 recipients of the Harry Gore Memorial Scholarships: Annie Wasinger from Thomas More Prep High School in Hays, Kansas; Braden Webb from Blue Valley North High School in Overland Park, Kansas; and Alondra Valle from Dodge City High School in Dodge City, Kansas.

Feb. 1, 2021 – When the new Wichita State University Student Wellness Center opened on campus a year ago in January, Student Health Services (SHS) and Counseling and Prevention Services (CAPS) staff couldn’t have known how important having a bigger and improved facility would be for providing essential physical and mental health services in the midst of a pandemic.
