Jan. 17, 2019 -- Bryant Lewis, a senior at Olathe East High School, has been named the 2019 Linwood Sexton Scholar at Wichita State. Lewis will receive a full ride to attend WSU as a business management major starting this fall.

Sept. 27, 2018 - Zane Storlie, a junior majoring in computer science at Wichita State, has received a $10,000 a year scholarship from High Touch, a Wichita technology company. The scholarship is renewable and honors the memory of Pat Riddle, a WSU alumna and former High Touch employee.

Sept. 19, 2018 -- The Kanbee figures, in multiple colors, appear on campus at the invitation of the university. Their appearance is one of several steps designed to make Wichita State a destination beyond its typical hours – perhaps for activities such as a scavenger hunt to record Kanbee's work.
