Faculty Senate
The Wichita State University Faculty Senate serves as the representative forum for the entire Faculty of the University and is charged with representing the Faculty in university governance. The President of the Faculty Senate is the primary spokesperson for the Faculty in governance issues.
The Faculty Senate is a representative body whose members are chosen by election. The constituent units are the School of Business, Colleges of Education, Engineering, Fine Arts, Health Professions, the three divisions of Liberal Arts & Sciences and the University Libraries.
The Wichita State University Faculty Senate meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. and you are most welcome to attend. If you would like more information, please contact the Faculty Senate President, Victoria Koop, ext. 6195.
