This fund was established for service professionals supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Kansas.

This scholarship is applicable to the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Series (Badges 1-8) and the DSP Frontline Supervisor Series (Badges 1-5).
Applicants are eligible for multiple scholarships, provided they successfully enroll and complete the desired badge before reapplying.

This scholarship will fully cover the costs for participants who register for one of the following badge courses:
  • Direct Support Professional (DSP) Series: Badges 1-8
  • DSP Frontline Supervisor Series: Badges 1-5
  • Aging Care Professional: Safety
  • Medical Terminology: Intro to Medical Terminology 
  • Achieving Cultural Competency through Narratives of Intersectionality
Limited funds are available. Full scholarships will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit one badge course per person per semester. DSP+ apprenticeship participants are ineligible for this scholarship.
