Audio-Visual Media Support
Welcome to the Audio-Visual Media Support page. All Wichita State Faculty, Staff, & Students* can submit support requests for audio/visual media needs directly through the university's "TeamDynamix" system. Simply click on one of the request links found in our Most Popular Requests list or go the TeamDynamix "Service Catalog" to find the request form you need. When prompted for a login, your username is simply your myWSU ID followed by "@wichita.edu" and your standard myWSU ID password.
*If you do not have a myWSU ID and password (e.g. off-campus community members), please email your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you have followed all of the steps in this video carefully and are still having technology difficulties, please submit a ticket using the Request Classroom Technology Support link or call 978-3588.
For access to classroom media technology, submit a request for a classroom media key.
For assistance with media equipment in classrooms, submit a request for classroom technology support.
If it is an emergency, call us at 316-978-3588.
If you are experiencing difficulties with reserving a Lightboard Studio room using the physical scheduling panel or the EMS Online Scheduling site, or if you need to reserve a Lightboard room for a date/time within the next week, please submit a Lightboard Studio Reservation Request ticket.
For assistance in purchasing, designing, or installing media technology for a conference room, classroom, or public space, submit a request for audio/visual equipment purchase or installation.
For assistance or requests to add Cable Television service or new Digital Signage, submit a request for cableTV and digital signage.
For assistance with current Digital Signage equipment, submit a request for help me fix: digital signage.
For assistance with adding, editing, or updating Digital Signage content, submit a request through Video Service's content submission portal.
For reserving projectors, screens, or other AV equipment for over-the-counter rental; deadline to reserve equipment for same-day rental is 4:00 p.m., submit a request for AV equipment rental.
To upgrade an existing Zoom Basic account to a Licensed "Pro" account, removing the 40-minute limit, raising the participant cap to 300, and adding a few additional features; submit a request for a Zoom.us licensed account upgrade.
To request someone to assist you with your meeting by managing your participants and audio/video issues, submit a request for a Zoom.us Co-Host.
