CMS: Dynamic Audiovisual Solutions
The Campus Media Services team is proud to provide classroom technology assistance for all your audiovisual needs. During the work day, we are available for instant support, or we can schedule assistance, training, or maintenance for a later time. In addition to classroom support, the CMS team provides multimedia equipment rental to faculty, staff, and students for on-campus or off-campus events (contact us for pricing).
Across campus there are three main classroom styles. Many of those classrooms require a media key and training for you to be able to access the technology. Check our training schedule to find a time that works, or fill out a training request for a personalized time. If you have a key but aren't sure if it will work in your new classrooms, check out our FAQ page.
A new addition to our supported rooms are LightBoard Studios, a quick and easy way to record lecture videos while writing on a "board" in front of you! To obtain a LightBoard room key, first contact Glenn Gunnels via email at glenn.gunnels@wichita.edu to complete the required training.

Hours: Mon. – Thurs.: 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. | Fri.: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m
