Navigate360 Overview and Training (for ADVISORS)

This in-person session is for academic, specialized and/or faculty ADVISORS (new or current users) and will provide an overview of the functionality within the Navigate platform and include examples of how advisors are utilizing this important retention tool. Attendees must already have the correct level of access in Navigate to attend. This session is not intended for faculty, unless they are serving in an official advising capacity and already have the correct level of access. If you are unsure of your access, please ask your supervisor if they have requested it for you.

At-Risk (student) Report Training

This in-person training session is offered twice each fall and spring semester and will provide a deep dive into the At-Risk (student) Report including how to run, read and interpret the results of the report. The report is available in WSU Reporting.

Make sure you already have access to the report prior to attending training. If you need access, your supervisor will need to submit a request to the Registrar's Office.

Five Phase Report Training

This remote training session is offered once in the fall and once in the spring and will provide a deep dive into the Five Phase Report developed out of the NISS recommendations. The report is available in WSU Reporting.

Make sure you already have access to the report prior to attending training. If you need access, your supervisor will need to submit a request to the Registrar's Office.

Retention Systems and Reports: what they do, how they differ and how they help

This remote training session is offered once in the fall and once in the spring and will provide an overview of how reports (At-Risk and Five Phase), SEAS, and Navigate360 are used to identify and organize outreach and interventions to those students who may be in danger of not persisting or succeeding at WSU. We will share the purpose of each report/platform, how they inform and interact with each other, how they could be used for communicating with and identifying specific populations of students, and why using them is important to reach enrollment goals.

Participants do not need to have access to the tools to attend.
