Student Involvement
Why SAC?
The Student Activities Council (SAC) serves as the programming board for Wichita State
University. We strive to create meaningful experiences for all Shockers through the
events, activities and opportunities we offer.
SAC members gain valuable experience in event planning, management and marketing.
They are provided many opportunities to connect with WSU administration, popular college
entertainers and build lifelong relationships with their SAC peers.
Your level of involvement in SAC is up to you! Stop by one of our many amazing events,
find out more about SAC at an orientation session, stop by a general member meeting
and when the time is right apply to become one of our outstanding executive board
members.
