Students: If you would like specific information about your financial aid by phone or chat, be sure to have your OneStop Telephone Access Code (TAC). Log into your myWSU account and click on the "Manage your password" link. Your OneStop TAC will be displayed.
Parents/Spouses/Others: If you would like specific information about a student's account, you must be authorized as a "proxy" by the student and give the appropriate passphrase. Read about proxy at wichita.edu/proxy.

Due to high volume, we cannot accommodate same-day appointment requests. Requests must be received by 5 p.m. of the prior business day.
Phone, Zoom, or Teams Appointments Preferred: Our phone, Zoom, and Teams appointments offer the same level of professional financial aid expertise as an in-person appointment, but you can meet with our Shocker Financial Aid Advisor from the comfort and safety of your own home!
In-Person Advising: Due to physical distancing requirements, in-person advising will be limited to the student and one guest. All visitors must wear a mask/face covering.
Parents: Are you a parent of a student? Please ensure your student has made you a proxy for financial aid. We will not be able to go over specific information about your student’s financial aid unless you are a proxy and give the appropriate passphrase. Read about proxy at wichita.edu/proxy.
