Students: If you would like specific information about your financial aid by phone or chat, be sure to have your OneStop Telephone Access Code (TAC). To get your OneStop TAC, log into your myWSU account and click on the Manage your OneStop Security Question link.

Parents/Spouses/Others: If you would like specific information about a student's account, you must be authorized as a "proxy" by the student and give the appropriate passphrase. Read about proxy at wichita.edu/proxy.

    Schedule an Appointment

    Admitted and current students:

    Once admitted, you will be assigned a personal financial aid advisor who can assist you with financial aid and scholarship questions. The best way to schedule your appointment with an advisor is to scroll down below to the appropriate advisor images. You can meet with any advisor that meets your availability. You will then be prompted to use your myWSU ID and password to log into WSU's Navigate system. 

    Students who are not yet admitted:

    Students who are not yet admitted or who are unable to access Navigate can schedule an appointment at calendly.com/wichitastatefinaid

    How to Schedule Appointment in Navigate

    1. Select a financial aid advisor above and follow their link.
    2. Log in with your myWSU ID (ex: a123b456) and password.
    3. You should see a "New Appointment" page and the service of "Financial Aid" will be pre-populated for you. Select the type of appointment you would like (such as, "Financial Aid: General questions"). Then, pick a possible date and select the button, "Find Available Time."
    4. Choose an available time with your chosen advisor.
    5. Select how you would like to meet (in-person, virtual, phone). Add any additional comments/questions you'd like to discuss. Then click on "Schedule."

    Walk-in Advising

    The Office of Financial Aid also welcomes students on a walk-in basis, first-come, first-served, in Jardine Hall, Room 203. Preference is given to students with scheduled appointments. Please note there is limited availability daily from 12-1 pm and 4-5 pm. You may be directed to schedule an appointment on a future date.
