Overview
Dr. Windsor is a Kansas Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with 20 years of experience and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. She is also a Certified Equine Rehabilitation Practitioner through Northeast Seminars and the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through University of Kansas in 2009 and defended her PhD dissertation titled, “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of a Pain Neuroscience Education Curriculum for Patients Who Experience Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain with Concurrent Opioid Dependence,” at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky in 2021.
Dr. Windsor is focused on treating patients of all ages holistically in an outpatient physical therapy setting, focused on manual therapy. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1990 followed by a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2004 from Wichita State University.
