TRIO Disability Support Services (DSS) assists and advocates for students with disabilities (who may also be first-generation and/or limited income students) through personalized services, resources, and academic support, empowering them to persist and graduate from WSU.

Among the services we provide are academic support, individualized tutoring, access to free printing, a computer lab, financial aid assistance and caring advisors who can help you navigate your educational journey based on your unique circumstances.
Many of our services are offered in-person, by phone, or virtually. Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made outside of these hours upon request. We are located in Shocker Success Center RM 223. Walk-ins are welcome, or you may contact the TRIO DSS office at (316) 978-5949 or trio.dss@wichita.edu.
