Congratulations on your new position at Wichita State University!  The New Employee Orientation (NEO) Online Modules outlined below will provide you with information and other resources to help you settle into your new role at Wichita State University.  

Additionally, they correlate with your new employee required tasks to give you a clear understanding of what you need to complete within your first few weeks of employment. These required tasks are in the jobs portal at jobs.wichita.edu under the Before First Day tasks you completed as part of the hiring process.  

Please open myTraining from your myWSU portal and go to the New Employee Orientation – Non Benefit Eligible curriculum to complete the online modules.

MODULE 1 - New Employee Orientation Required Tasks Walk-Through

Module 1 will cover information about the New Employee Orientation (NEO) process and requirements of new Wichita State University (WSU) Employees. Gain understanding of the NEO online module access and options, and learn about the New Employee Required Tasks. Learn about Wichita State University's Office of Civil Rights, Title IX, and ADA Compliance (CTAC) and their commitment to preventing and eliminating discrimination and harassmentIn Module 4, you will receive an overview of WSU's discrimination and harassment policies, protected classes, reporting options, and your responsibilities as a Title IX Responsible employee. 

All university employees are considered Title IX Responsible Employees and have a duty to report actual or suspected harassment, discrimination, or sexual misconduct to appropriate officials.
