The Wichita State University Technology HelpDesk answers a wide range of technical questions about the use of WSU services.

Students, faculty and staff can contact us for assistance with passwords, wireless access and other needs.

Faculty and staff who need assistance with their university-owned computers should contact the HelpDesk first. Using the HelpDesk for computer services has advantages over contacting Desktop Support directly, and ensures that you will receive the best service possible. In the event that a technician is unavailable, HelpDesk is available during the hours listed to create a ticket.
