It's 2022-2023 Performance Planning Time!

Managers of Non-Teaching Employees have access to their Employee's 2022-2023 evaluations in myPerformance for beginning-of-year Planning.

During Planning Managers should add expectations, competencies, and goals for thier employees for the current review period (March 1, 2022 - February 28, 2023).

Managers should then meet with their Employees by March 31, 2022 for review and to provide a copy of the evaluation before March 31, 2022. (Employees will not be able to access their 2022-2023 myPerformance evaluations until the Employee Self-Evaluation step beginning January 16, 2023.)

myPerformance is the performance management software designed for non-teaching employee performance evaluations at Wichita State University.  Employees and managers can access this software through myWSU.  myPerformance will give them the ability to document goals and accomplishments which helps facilitate coversations, provide feedback,  recognize quality performance, and set expectations for future job performance.

myPerformance is a step in employee development contributing to accomplishing the vision and goals of Wichita State's Strategic Plan that will shape the future of the University - a way for managers to inspire great work, motivate employees, and deliver results.
