It's Employee Self-Evaluation Time!

Non-Teaching Employees have access to their annual evaluation in myPerformance to complete their Employee Self-Evaluation beginning January 16 and ending on January 31.

This opportunity allows employees to provide input on job performance and accomplishments since the beginning of the current review period (March 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022).

myPerformance annual evaluation cycle


myPerformance is the performance management software designed for non-teaching employee performance evaluations at Wichita State University.  Employees and managers can access this software through myWSU.  myPerformance will give them the ability to document goals and accomplishments which helps facilitate coversations, provide feedback,  recognize quality performance, and set expectations for future job performance.

myPerformance is a step in employee development contributing to accomplishing the vision and goals of Wichita State's Strategic Plan that will shape the future of the University - a way for managers to inspire great work, motivate employees, and deliver results.
