How to enter an EC500 Ticket

This guide is on submitting a ticket to have EC500 set up on your WSU phone.

EC500 allows you to forward a WSU phone number or desk phone to a cell phone number.  Features include:

  • When the person calls campus from the cell phone, the recipient will see the person's desk number on their caller ID instead of the cell phone.
  • The employee can press the EC500 button on their desk phone to automatically forward their calls to their cell phone, without having to do the call-forward programming sequence each time or they can remotely turn this feature on and off.

Once the ticket is submitted and the process is set up, a technician will follow up with instruction on utilizing this feature.
