"Gray Box" Classrooms

"Gray Box"/BYOD Classrooms

There were once hundreds of "Gray Box" rooms installed around campus at one time. These were funded through a one-time grant from ITS ("UCATS" at the time). Now, these are the most actively used systems in classrooms. 

Standard Features: Connection to plug in a provided full‐size HDMI cable for user’s laptop/tablet/phone, etc. Also includes projector or display of appropriate size, plus appropriate speaker coverage for voice and video playback, with button controls. 

Optional Features: All 'General Use' classrooms feature a wireless projection via AirMedia option.
