When to Show Up

Please check-in at Koch Arena 1 – 1.5 hours prior to the start of your ceremony.


Where to Enter

Graduates will enter through the Koch Arena Ticket Office. 


What to Bring

  • Graduates must bring their PRINTED Grad Pass to check-in.
  • Students should already be wearing their regalia.
  • Face coverings are required. 
  • Do not bring personal valuables as there is no way to secure them. 
  • Bring only what you intend to carry with you for the duration of the ceremony.


How to Check In

Masters will self-hood. Doctoral graduates will be hooded on stage. 


Bachelors/Associates degree candidates: Your tassel should be worn on the right side of your mortarboard until you are told to move it to the left by the Dean of your college after all graduates have been recognized.
Masters degree candidates: Your tassel should be worn on the left side of your mortarboard as you have already received a degree.

Students will not receive a scroll. Check out the Diploma page for more information on how to obtain your degree.



Follow the instructions given to you at the end of the ceremony. Once dismissed, please exit the arena promptly.
