Overview
Dozie provides academic support to the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences students. He meets individually with students to assess their strengths and needs. He works collaboratively to create a personalized plan of action while connecting students to resources and services within Fairmount College and campus wide. Dozie serves Fairmount College by working with faculty to identify possible barriers to students' academic success and persistence.
