Celebrating Faculty Work

Sheldon Mba is an actor, dancer, choreographer, director, intimacy coordinator, and educator. He has a passion for bringing people together through the arts and creating meaningful connection through performance and collaboration.

When Sheldon isn't spending time as an educator as the School of Performing Arts, he's hard at work in his own creative work. This summer, he could be seen as Phaedra in La Cage aux Folles at The Carnegie; Bernie/Judge in Chicago, Padre in Man of La Mancha, and Stooie in Hairspray at The New London Barn Playhouse. You may also see him featured on bilboards around Wichita or on Blue Cross Blue Shield's commercials.

Our Degree Programs

Acting (BFA)

If your passion is acting, we will help prepare you to be a versatile artist through intensive training and interdisciplinary experiences across stage, screen, and voice acting.

Alex Stoll

Alex Michael Stoll graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Dance. He can be seen in season 2 of Red Eye on Hulu/Disney.

Julius returned to Wichita State to perform for One-Night Only where he performed selections from his musical theatre repertoire, contemporary works, and iconic favorites.
