Diana has been with Wichita State University since April 2022, serving in Human Resources to support the university's workforce and organizational goals. She came to WSU with experience as a Human Resources Director for three healthcare facilities, along with professional experience gained across the United States and abroad that provided insight into diverse industries and cultures. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration from Wichita State University.

Diana joined WSU as an HR Business Partner and moved into the role HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager in June 2024. Throughout this time, she partnered with university leaders and employees to advance employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Diana currently serves as the Director, Culture and Talent, where she provides leadership and strategic support for the HR Business Partner, Learning and Development, and Talent Consultant teams. In this role, she focuses on fostering an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture while advancing talent development and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the university.
