Move-in for interns begins May 22nd and move-out is August 1st. We cannot extend these dates.
Yes, you can move-in whenver you're ready, but you will be charged the full term rate regardless of actual move-in date.
All thats needed to be approved for intern housing is proof of your internship. You can submit this proof in the application.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer extensions for summer intern housing. This is due to regular academic year move-in happening in the following weeks and us needing time to prepare.
The contract cancellation form can be found in the Campus Housing portal within a student's myWSU account by selecting Campus Housing from the Student Tools box in the center of the screen. On the Home Tab, select Cancel My Application on the left side of the screen and make sure to select the correct term you wish to cancel. Fill out the form as prompted. Parking is free during the summer! YAY! Visit our Interactive Parking Map to see which lots are free for students/interns.
Interns will be housed in The Suites. Every "suite" is equipped with full size beds, double sinks, a kitchenette (microwave, full size fridge, and sink) and in-unit laundry. Take a virtual tour here
You can! But they are extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed. Suites fill up quickly and are assigned first come first serve.
