Care Packages and Linens
SWAK University Services has everything students and families need to outfit the residence hall room. Go to www.swaku.com/wichita to build your perfect room from a huge selection of twin xl or double bed sheet sets (depending on what building you are living in), comforters, blankets, storage solutions, bath essentials, rugs, trunks and more. SWAKU is the one stop shop for room outfitting and it can all be done from the comfort of home.
SWAK University Services offers care packages for events throughout the academic year. It is easy to stay in touch with your student during those important events such as Welcome to Campus, Fall and Spring Finals, Halloween and more. Choose from a wide variety of pre-built packages, or build a package from scratch using SWAKU’s “build your own” menu. You can also buy a pre-built package and add from the build your own menu to keep your student stocked up on staples like ramen, mac n cheese and popcorn. Go to www.swaku.com/wichita to place your order for one event or the entire year.
*A portion of the proceeds from both of these services goes to the Wichita State University Housing and Residence Life Department, specifically an area that provides valuable services and programming to all on campus residents.

This helpful document answers some of the most common questions parents and families may have about establishing a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and Health Care Directive. It discusses the practical how by having one on file you can save yourself and your student from more unneccessary heartache during a medical emergency.
