Honors College
Honors at Wichita State University provides unique and innovative opportunities for academically exceptional students. Honors emphasizes interdisciplinary coursework and learning experiences that will supplement and enhance a student's individual field of study and professional development.

Barton International Group (BIG)
This student-run enterprise offers specialized services to local companies and international corporations through innovative and competitive business strategies.

Shocker New Venture Competition
Form a team to compete for money in the Shocker New Venture Competition.

Cooperative Education and Internships
Cooperative Education expands learning experiences through paid employment in a supervised, educational work setting related to the student's major. Internships are paid and unpaid positions related to student's major. Internships can be held for a semester or summer. The length of time commitment is pre-defined by the employer.

Study Abroad
Studying abroad can be the adventure of your life and still keep you on track for graduation.

National Student Exchange
WSU participates in a program that allows students to study a semester or a year at another participating university. Students can live in a different area and experience an entirely new campus environment while continuing to pay WSU tuition and working towards a WSU degree.
