HRBP Resources

Wichita State Human Resources uses a shared services business model. In the model, each area of the University has an assigned HRBP who is the primary contact for HR services. The HRBP’s are supported by subject matter experts in our centers of expertise (COE).  We have COE’s in the areas of total rewards (compensation, benefits, leave), talent management (hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations) and systems and operations (people admin, onboard, banner).

About Human Resource Business Partners

HRBP IconIn our HR business model, each area of the University has an assigned Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP).

This allows the business partner to become familiar with the operations and issues in the areas they serve. Your HR Business Partner is a subject matter expert on navigating people and relationships.  They have working relationships with other subject matter experts to use as resources.
